Piroctone Olamine An Effective Anti-Dandruff Active
Dandruff refers to the dry, itchy flakes of skin that develop on the scalp. Dandruff is a clinical condition caused by Malassezia (Pityrosporum) species and is a prominent problem for people all over the world. Many factors can cause dandruff, such as dry skin, diet, stress, and some shampoos and hair products. The cause for dandruff is not fully understood, but the treatment involves the use of a number of “actives” that function either as antimicrobial agents or as anti-mitotic agents. The choice of “active” depends on the regulatory requirements in the markets that are being served. According to the American Academy of Dermatology, anti-dandruff shampoos are the most effective treatment for dandruff. Thus, the best initiative for controlling dandruff is selecting a shampoo with particular ingredients. We at KOPL provide quality active hair care ingredients for dandruff protection. One of our key ingredients, Kopirox (Piroctone Olamine), provides a solution for Dandruff. Piroctone Olamine is one of the more recent active ingredients found in dandruff shampoos. Designed to treat seborrheic dermatitis and dry scalp, this is one of the most innovative areas of dandruff treatment on the market today. This ingredient is known for its bacteriostatic and fungistatic properties, specifically working against Pityrosporum ovale, which lives on the skin and is associated with dandruff and other manifestations of flaking on the face and scalp. It is often used in shampoo as a replacement for commonly used Zinc Pyrithione. As an active ingredient, it may be present in creams, lotions, rinses, and other products. It is also used as a preservative and a thickening agent in cosmetic products. When used as a preservative, Pirictone Olamine prevents the growth of germs in the product to extend its shelf life and ensure user safety. More than this Kopirox give more advantages for transparent shampoos. Tweet more insights Share the Post:

Kopcarotol: Natural Antioxidant For Skincare and Haircare Natural moisturizing nutrients for the skin
Kopcarotol: Natural Antioxidant For Skincare and Haircare Natural moisturizing nutrients for the skin It’s no secret that skin is more prone to wear outs, dryness, and cracks during winter. The hydration levels of our skin get reduced, leading to dry skin and skin cell damage. The dry damaged skin tends to react to the external factors such as pollution and sweat build-up in the pores, leading to infections. The damaged skin releases the free radicles in excess, which in turn attacks the healthier cells, resulting in early skin aging that leads to premature wrinkles. Luckily, there are natural ways to deal with these skin-related issues. Vegetables are known for being a rich source of nutrients, vitamins, minerals, phytomolecules. Carrots are one of the better-known vegetables that possess these nutrients to enhance the beauty of the skin, although there are other ways to absorb these nutrients besides eating them! In fact, fermented carrots are even more rich in antioxidants when compared to raw carrots. Kopcarotol, a carrot root ferment filtrate, is an easy-to-formulate natural antioxidant with all the benefits carrots can deliver to the skin. Skin moisturizing creams & lotions with 5% Kopcarotol nourish and moisturize with the nutrients found in carrots. The antioxidants of fermented carrots eliminate the free radicles generated by damaged skin and provide nourishment, rejuvenating skin cells. Kopcarotol helps retain the moisture content of the skin and balances it up to 8 hours after application. Cell health is maintained, providing suppleness & glow to the skin. Kopcarotol is a great choice to add to your new innovative creations.
