Role Overview:

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for trade show management and execution, marketing material coordination, and digital marketing research and coordination. This role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies to support KOPL USA’s global initiatives and ensuring the availability of essential materials to drive sales and engagement.

1. Trade Show Management & Execution:

The Marketing Executive will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows globally. This includes collaborating with KOPL offices to understand requirements, managing event logistics, budget handling, booth selection and setup, and coordinating participant details. Ensuring smooth execution of exhibitions and obtaining feedback from participants are crucial for success.

2. Marketing Material:

This role involves creating and maintaining all marketing materials required to support the sales team and enhance brand presence. Responsibilities include developing product lists in various languages, ingredient brochures, trade show invites, banners, press releases, advertisement designs, and corporate branded items. The executive will ensure timely preparation and distribution of these materials to meet the company’s strategic goals.

3. Digital Marketing Research & Coordination:

The Marketing Executive will conduct research to identify the best digital platforms and strategies for KOPL USA’s marketing efforts. This includes managing webinars, creating engaging presentations, and tracking digital marketing efforts to generate and manage leads. The role also involves analyzing market trends to optimize digital campaigns and support long-term investment strategies.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
