Kopulan is a low-digesting, tasteless as well as odourless, hence its application as a low- calorie food additive providing bulk and texture. Pullulan exhibits oxygen barrier properties, and excellent moisture retention, and prevents fungal growth.

Stability & Storage Kopulan may be stored at room temperature for 2 years from the date of manufacturing in the original sealed container protected from excessive heat or cold.
